Due to COVID-19, the U-19 Asia cricket competition slated for September has been cancelled. Nepal’s chances of being picked for the World Cup have ended with the cancellation of the competition.
Due to COVID-19, the International Cricket Council (ICC) has decided to cancel the U-19 Asia, USA, and EAPA qualifications. The U-19 Asia selection was used in the previous five World Cup qualifiers. Where the UAE was able to qualify for the World Cup.
