According to the Bagmati Province administration, the government’s plan to operate electric public transportation in the valley is expected to fail once more this year, since the province has opted to put the procurement of electric buses on hold.

Mr. Rajendra Pandey, the newly-appointed Chief Minister of Bagmati Province, announced that his government had decided to put on hold the decision of the previous Province government, led by Mr. Dor Mani Paudel, to procure electric buses for the province.
