The government has announced plans to send 10,000 nurses to the United Kingdom.


Because of mounting worries about alternative work possibilities in countries other than the United Arab Emirates and Malaysia, the British government has announced that it will begin a formal procedure to deploy 10,000 nurses to the United Kingdom.

While speaking at a program organized by the Foreign Employment Journalists Society, Surya Prasad Gautam, Secretary of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security, stated that a formal agreement to this effect is currently being negotiated because the United Kingdom wishes to hire Nepalese nurses as staff members.
