SEBON identifies 51 companies as potentially risky investments.


To protect general investors from the risks of the stock market, the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has advised them to invest only in fundamentally sound companies. The Board has advised that a thorough investigation has been conducted into securities-related offenses such as insider trading, circular trading, and share cornering.

To assist investors in avoiding dangerous firms, the stock market’s governing authority has named 51 businesses judged too dangerous for investing at current market levels.
