Sahara Bikas Bank proposes a dividend of 5.32 percent

Debenture To Be Sold In 30 Lakh Units By NIC Asia Bank

The dividend for shareholders has been declared by Sahara Bikas Bank Limited (SHBL). The dividend declaration dates back to fiscal year 2076/77.

The development bank has proposed a dividend of 5.32 percent. A 5.05 percent bonus share and a 0.27 percent cash dividend are included in the total dividend (for tax purposes).

Sahara Bikas Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 27.22 crores as of Ashad’s end 2077 BS. The bonus share is worth Rs 1.37 crores at this capital, while the cash dividend is worth Rs 7.23 lakh.

The dividend is subject to approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and the development bank’s upcoming 8th, 9th, and 10th AGMs.

Previously, Sahara Bikas Bank paid a 12.94 percent dividend, including a 12.30 percent bonus share, beginning in fiscal year 2074/75.
