On Sunday, the first trading day of the week, the Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) gained by 97.21 points.
The index now stands at 2,980.61 points after today’s increase.
Today, a total of 28.86 million shares from 221 firms were exchanged, resulting in a Rs 11.63 billion turnover.
On the basis of the transaction amount, shares of Manjushree Finance Limited were purchased and sold at the highest price of Rs. 409,975,140.
Similarly, Nabil Bank shares worth Rs. 386.167 million were traded. All sub-indicators in all groupings are positive on this day. The development bank group has seen the most growth, with a 5.05 percent gain.
