Norvic Hospital to Issue IPO soon – Transforms Into Public Limited Company

In the near future, Norvic International Hospital in Thapathali will issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The corporation has changed its status to that of a public corporation. As a result, Norvic International Hospital and Medical College Limited have been established. Norvic Hospital had previously been registered as a private company.

If Norvic Hospital goes public, it will be the first healthcare corporation to do so. Following the IPO, it will become Nepal’s first hospital and medical college to be listed on the stock exchange.

The Chaudhary Group founded Norvic International Hospital in 1994. In Thapathali, there is a 150-bed super-speciality hospital.
