This year’s Nepal Festival will take place next week. Last year, however, it was postponed because to COVID-19.
The festival is being organised by Tamudhi UK, a nonprofit with many Nepali members, with the involvement and financial support of the Nepali Embassy in London.
The event, according to the foundation, was created to conserve and promote Nepali culture, art, and identity. During the occasion, Nepali costumes and pageants will be on exhibit.
The festival will be inaugurated by Nepali Ambassador to the United Kingdom, Lok Darshan Regmi, who will be joined by diplomatic representatives from SAARC countries in the UK.
Despite the fact that the UK released the lockdown on August 19, the Tamudhi administration has been advised to execute the event in accordance with health policy, which includes social separation and the use of masks.
