NEPSE index goes up by 20.71 points

On Monday, the Nepal Stock Exchange Ltd (NEPSE) gained 20.71 points.

The index now stands at 2759.22 points after today’s increase.

Today, a total of 19.5 million shares from 218 companies were traded, totalling Rs 9.57 billion in turnover.

The Sensitive Index, which tracks the performance of large corporations, rose 4.45 points to 492.59 on Monday.

Except for development banks, hotels, and the tourism industry, and manufacturing, all indices have increased. Ruru Hydropower’s stock increased by 10% today.

Similarly, shares in ten companies have increased by 9%, including Samata Domestic Microfinance, Radhi Power Company, and Corporate Development Bank.
