IFIC Bank To Exit From Nepal Bangladesh Bank | To Sell 3,68,27,426 Promoter Shares

Bangladesh’s IFIC Bank Limited is selling its promoter stake in Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited (NBB). The bank has agreed to sell NBB promoter shares in the amount of 3,68,27,426 units. IFIC Bank will leave Nepal Bangladesh Bank as a result of this.

The Nepal Bangladesh Bank began its banking operations on June 6, 1994. It was founded as a joint venture bank with Bangladesh’s IFIC Bank Ltd.

Existing promoter shareholders will have first dibs on these shares. After the bank issues a 35-day notice for the sale, interested promoter shareholders can apply for the share purchase.
